隨著農(nong)業(ye)的快速發展,農(nong)藥殘留問題(ti)已(yi)成為人們關注的問題(ti)。近年來,蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)農(nong)藥殘留和重(zhong)金屬污染時有發生(sheng),直(zhi)接威(wei)脅(xie)到消費者(zhe)的身體健康,成為我國蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)出口的嚴重(zhong)問題(ti)。目(mu)前,國內蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)生(sheng)產已(yi)逐(zhu)步從零售(shou)經(jing)營向企業(ye)化(hua)、規模化(hua)經(jing)營發展。
在收獲之前,使用農藥殘留檢測儀對每個地塊上種植的每一種作物進行采樣和檢查。每個品種不少于三個采樣點,以確保上市產品符合農藥殘留操作要求。對不合格的因素要嚴格調查,例如,如果確認農藥殘留超標,要推遲采收或現場銷毀,堅決阻止不合格產品進入市場。
